“The Club Penguin Team is currently searching through all of the WordPress blogs involving Club Penguin. A lot of them break Club Penguin’s registered trademark by putting pictures from Club Penguin on their blogs without permission. This is a crime called plagiarism. Take rpfrulers.wordpress.com for example. Commando717 claims to have his pictures and that it’s his work, except for one difference. The pictures he took of Club Penguin were made by the Club Penguin Team. Therefore committing Plagiarism. As I type these words the team is going through all of the Club Penguin WordPress blogs and checking for trademarks. The consequences could be more than getting banned. It could end up being a fine or incarceration. My advise is to get out of any army and if not turn it into a just a team.
This is serious and I hope you read it well.It is more than just pictures. It’s what these blogs are doing to Club Penguin. People on this website for example, are using bad language which could get them banned and spread to Club Penguin. It already is. It’s also that people are spreading hacks onto Club Penguin and cheating as well. We’ve stopped hacks a long time ago but want to stop people from finding new hacks. It’s not just this blog. It’s other blogs such as pinkmafias.wordpress.com paintboy100.wordpress.com or rpfrulers.wordpress.com.”

Isn’t this just horrible?! Please Comment. I have edited my blog to make it so it has CopyRight notices. What is funny though is that this all started happening when Disney bought Club Penguin©. I reckon they won’t find this site (Why did I have to start advertising this site on search engines today?!). But just in case I have made precautions. Alot of Club Penguin© fans have made fan sites on wordpress, which means trouble for them. I just learned how to take pictures of flashing things and now this has got to happen. I’m betting there will be either an uprising over this or most likely Club Penguin© sites will be scared into doing what Club Penguin© secretly demands. I bet if they do find my site they won’t be so nice as they would to others because my site actually questions what Club Penguin© does. The site I found the message on was a group to promote equal rights to all penguins…so they might be trying to silence all these protesting groups. I wish I had the power to stop their immoral actions…or…maybe I do but I wish not to be as brave as I am not merely done creating such power. Now you all have been warned, so if you have some Club Penguin© site with pictures on it please put Copyright notices below the pictures or on the pictures. They are also banning groups on their site, you can be reported if you are wearing a group uniform. Penguins are being reporting for wearing uniforms & being in groups and they didn’t even tell their users your not allowed to (Probably because they don’t want to inform their users of what’s going on)! Luckily my group does not have a uniform, accept that you are required to wear nothing and your penguin has to be light brown, we got them there! Also our site has no users who curse so that’s a plus, but if I find you cursing your message will be deleted as soon as I see it and I will block you from posting (if I can). If you want real news on what’s going on about Club Penguin© then come here will we judge Club Penguin with a sane mind.

I propose to go against CP and Disney, especially Disney. Why? Well, all of Disney MMO games are completely protected. You have to use only words they know, and they’re EXTREMELY boring. so we could all of us make a strike on everything that, which is just not fair, they’re prohibiting us. Bad words are used in blogs, and we’re free to use them. For example, here we even try to delete or edit all those comments! But it’s not our problem if other ppl use them on CP, we don’t tell them: So you decide people…

When we launched Club Penguin in October 2005 we had a clear vision of a virtual world so fun and safe that we, and other adults around the world, would feel completely comfortable letting our own children and grandchildren visit. As word about Club Penguin spread and the popularity of the site grew, we were approached by countless international organizations about partnerships. From the outset, we made it clear we weren’t willing to compromise the integrity of what we’d created and would only work with a company that shared our founding principles and core values.

Disney is that company. It is the world’s best loved and most respected provider of family entertainment with a strong commitment to providing safe fun. As Club Penguin heads into its third year in operation, the Walt Disney Company is perfectly positioned to help take it to the next level.

Although we’ve achieved great success to date and have reached more children than we ever dreamed in a relatively short period of time without having to rely on advertising or other traditional forms of marketing, there are limits to what a small, independent company like ours can accomplish alone. Disney’s resources, infrastructure and experience will allow Club Penguin to provide an even better online entertainment experience to existing users while allowing greater global reach.

One of our long range plans has always been to open the Club Penguin experience up to a broader range of users by offering Club Penguin in languages other than English.
